Housing & Neighborhood Development
The Division of Housing and Neighborhood Development provides support for near and long term, incremental land use decisions that affect our City. We influence physical growth by developing, supporting, and managing key housing developments. We strengthen our community development efforts by using and leveraging resources strategically and judiciously. We ensure the success of CitiPlan 20/20 by aligning planning and policy implementation with partner institutions, agencies and organizations that foster community building, vitality and development in the City of Dayton.
