Eagles nesting at the City of Dayton's Mad River Wellfield area have drawn significant public attention since early 2009. Dayton Water Department employees have named the adult eagles "Jim and Cindy," in honor of the late Jim Kennedy, a 34-year Water Department employee, and his wife.
